Legal & notarial procedure
After payment confirmation we begin legal verification — title deed check, legal status, seller verification and full due diligence.
On-site visit
Every reservation includes an on-site visit in Europe to confirm the offer matches reality and to finalise the client's decision.
30–50 day execution
Full execution takes 30 to 50 days — covering negotiation, legal verification, visit organisation and notarial finalisation.
Keys handover / notarial deed
Transaction finalisation takes place at a notary — remote or in-person per client preference. Keys are handed over immediately after signing.
