MakkEstate.eu operates a premium brokerage model. We do not own the properties listed — we represent buyers towards verified sellers (developers, private owners, boutique partners).
How the portal works
All offers are vetted by FuturoX AI. Once your reservation is submitted and the MAKK GL payment is settled, we take over negotiations, legal verification and the on-site visit.
Why this model
The brokerage model lets us offer wider inventory and higher curation quality. The trade-off is a 30–50 day execution timeline — standard in the premium segment.
