Terms of Service
General provisions
These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which MakkEstate.eu provides real estate brokerage services. Acceptance of the Terms is a precondition for submitting a reservation.
Brokerage model
MakkEstate.eu does not own the properties listed on the portal. The portal operates a premium brokerage model — we represent the buyer towards verified sellers (developers, private owners, partners). Seller identities are not publicly disclosed — standard in the premium segment.
Submitting a reservation
A reservation is submitted by selecting a property, adding it to the cart and completing the reservation form. Acceptance of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and rules of the brokerage portal is mandatory.
Reservation execution time (30–50 days)
Reservation execution includes brokerage, legal verification, on-site visit and notarial finalisation. Due to this model and the early stage of the portal, reservation execution may take between 30 and 50 days from payment confirmation.
Payments (MAKK GL only)
All transactions on MakkEstate.eu are settled exclusively in MakkCoin Global (MAKK GL) cryptocurrency. A payment link is sent to the customer within 2 business days from submission of the reservation.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83, the consumer's right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concerning real estate or services fully performed by the trader with the consumer's express consent. Other claims are processed in accordance with applicable law.
Complaints
Complaints should be filed promptly upon discovery. Processing time: 14 business days. Settlements arising from approved complaints are made exclusively in Makk GL to the wallet indicated by the customer.
Reservation status
The current status of your reservation can be checked at /track by entering the reservation number and email. The system sends e-mail notifications on each status change.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are made exclusively in MAKK GL to the wallet indicated by the customer. Refunds in fiat currency are not available.
Final provisions
Matters not regulated herein are governed by Polish and EU law. Disputes are settled by the competent court.
